There is nothing but excellence in reviewing this Realtor! As a past real estate broker for over 20+ years, I am horribly critical of real estate agents. And most particularly ones that I am using or referring to friends. Dave met more than my expectations and honestly I couldn't find anything to criticize. He truly LISTENED to us, our needs, wants and NOT wants. Dave spent time educating us on the area (we were totally unfamiliar with), toured us through only homes we wanted to see, negotiated a wonderful offer, guided us through all of the unbelievably confusing SC rules for real estate purchase and residency, all with the utmost of professionalism and good humor. Even months after we have settled he still continues to keep on assisting. His staff was responsive and equally as professional and polite. We truly can not speak highly enough of Dave, his staff and his service.
